B. Morris, et ux, by deed dated April 14, 1930, and recorded in Book 1784 Page 187 of Deeds; thence parallel with and 100.00 feet Southerly at right angles from said Southerly line of said Northerly 4.0 Acres as conveyed to said Morris, South 89 Degrees 38 Minutes East, 270.85 feet to a point in the centerline of Hillside Drive as shown on said Map No. 1472; thence along said centerline of said Hillside Drive, South 58 Degrees 28 Minutes West, 12.98 feet to an angle point in said centerline; thence continuing along said centerline, South 36 Degrees 42 Minutes West, 102.0 feet; thence leaving said centerline, North 78 Degrees 34 Minutes West, 203.46 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
