One of Marx’s most well knows quotations is in the German Ideology, where he states that, “ The ideas of the ruling class are in every epoch the ruling ideas: I.e., The class which is the ruling material force of society, is at the same time it’s ruling intellectual force.” What is Marx trying to say here?
