Explain what happens in the body during an asthma attack

What will be an ideal response?

Answer: Air enters the respiratory system via the nose and mouth and travels through the bronchial tubes. During an asthma attack, the muscles of the bronchial tubes constrict, and the air passages become inflamed. This makes it difficult for the person to breathe. The person may also experience wheezing and coughing.
