Explain why you should avoid participating in a clique during your practicum

What will be an ideal response?

Answer: You should avoid participating in a clique during your practicum because supporting teamwork should be one of your goals. Cliques undermine teamwork. They are groups of people who stick together and do not really associate with the rest of the staff. People in cliques tend to be less productive because they spend time socializing and gossiping.
