Explain the Innovator's dilemma.

What will be an ideal response?

The Innovator's dilemma is a book by Clayton M. Christensen that discusses how established companies
can take advantage of disruptive technologies without hindering existing relationships with customers,
partners and stakeholders. Christensen believes that these companies placed too great an emphasis on
satisfying customer's current needs, while forgetting to adopt new disruptive technology that will meet
customer's future needs, thus causing the companies to eventually fall behind.
