"Letting kids help each other is the way to go!" is a statement used in preschool classrooms to help ELL children to learn more quickly. What are three examples of how children help each other learn English and learn new ideas together?
What will be an ideal response?
Children are the best people to help other children, especially ELL because they are at similar levels of learning and ability. Children can be paired up to work together on math problems, an ELL student can be in a project group to help with the project, a buddy who can help the ELL child understand school and classroom routines all of the time if very helpful.
