Compare a human nervous system to a computer

What will be an ideal response?

Answer: They are similar. A computer has wires which carry information around, and the nervous system has neurons that carry impulses around. Also, the nervous system has a response to stimuli, and a computer has a response to typing, which is like a stimuli. They are different because the nervous system can sense pain, and a computer can not sense pain because it is not living (no nervous system!). A computer can be turned on and off whenever you want. The nervous system is always on and working, and it is not off unless you are not alive.
