Possible remedies for the buyer include: canceling the contract, recovering payments that have been made, protecting his interests through cover, recovering damages for nondelivery or repudiation, recovering identified goods upon the seller's insolvency, replevin, obtaining specific performance, enforcing a security interest in the goods, recovering damages for breach of warranty, recovering incidental damages, recovering consequential damages, and possible contractually agreed remedies.
