Explain what you do and do not have control over when it comes to stress and anger and their consequences.
What will be an ideal response?
Although you may not have control over all of the sources of anger or stress in your life, you do have control over how you deal with them. You can exercise control by adopting stress management or coping techniques or ways to deal with anger constructively, such as by understanding its cause, taking positive action, and using assertive communication to improve the situation.
