Suggested response: The cardiovascular system was affected, which was evident in the increased heart rate and drop in blood pressure. The respiratory system was also involved as evidenced by increased respiratory rate then subsequent drop in oxygen saturation. Haematological system was affected, as homeostasis requires the interaction of platelets, coagulation and fibrinolytic factors, each of which was altered. All of which were impacted by the blood loss. The liver failure was evident from the altered liver function tests. Renal dysfunction was shown in the elevated creatinine levels and reduced urine output.
