Beliefs include the balance of body types and energies.Many Native American tribes (especially the Navajo) strive to achieve a balance between human beings and the spiritual world (Alvord & Van Pelt, 2000). The trees, animals, earth and sky and the winds are all players in life. Beliefs include spiritual, mental and physical harmony, and harmony with nature.
