Who has standing to challenge the introduction of illegally seized evidence?

What would be an ideal response?

Exclusionary Rule prevents the introduction of evidence unlawfully seized at a subsequent criminal trial. This is judicially mandated but NOT Constitutionally mandated. Only in criminal trials, not other proceedings (ex: grand jury) and not in civil cases. Evidence can still be introduced as impeachment evidence.
