What final rate and strength would you try to achieve? Show the progression that you would use each day from your initial rate and strength to your final rate and strength

The final rate and strength will depend on their estimation of the number of kcals Mr. Y needs and on the type of TF they chose. If he needs 1800 kcals, and they use a 2.0 kcal/cc feeding, he will need 900 cc/day.
900/24 = 37 or 40 cc/h. I like to increase the strength every 24-48 hours (depending on tolerance) until full strength is obtained and then increase the rate 10 cc q 8-12 hr. until the final rate is obtained. However, there are other acceptable progressions.
