What is the role of environmental toxins in biosocial criminology? How might this connect to so-called green criminology and the study of epigenesis?

What will be an ideal response?

Environmental toxins, such as lead, have been found to cause developmental and biological problems, especially in children. Green criminology suggests that we need to hold governments, politicians, businesses, and corporate entities responsible if they choose to destroy the environment, because this also can negatively affect the development and behavior of people in the wider society. Epigenesis suggests that different traits can become active in different environments. In other words, destroying the environment can affect behavior generations after it has occurred.
