3, Assess the overall level of government regulation of the media, noting that most American's feel the level of media freedom is fine, and also the long-term trend of diminishing regulations.
4, Argue for or against the current level of regulations, citing concerns such as national security and political corruption to support the position.
5, Provide a clear and concise conclusion.
