What will be an ideal response?
A scenario allows you to build a what-if analysis model that includes variable cells linked by one or more formulas or functions. By running the scenarios, you have the ability to compare multiple variables and their combined effects on the various calculated outcomes. Managers can use scenarios to view best-case, worst-case, and most-likely scenarios in order to make decisions and solve problems.
Scenarios can be most beneficial whenmultiple variables are used. Through the use of Goal Seek and data tables, you cananalyze the effects on various calculations when inputting one or two variables. Scenarios can be used to evaluate one, two, or many variables.
