How many voltages does a BJT need, and how should they be biased?

What will be an ideal response?

A BJT needs two DC voltages called biases to operate correctly. When you bias a transistor, you are applying voltages to turn on the transistor. For proper operation, a BJT must have a forward bias on the base-to-emitter junction and a reverse bias on the base-to-collector junction.
