What is datum dimensioning?
What will be an ideal response?
One common dimension practice that is used is called datum dimensioning. In datum dimensioning, sometimes called baseline dimensioning, a common point (which occurs where three surfaces meet) is used as a reference for the placement of overall size and location dimensions. A datum surface can be easily recognized by an extension line that shares two or more arrows from dimension lines.
