What level of moral development did your answer reflect?

What will be an ideal response?

Preconventional moral reasoning answers would include agreeing that he should steal the
drug so that he can save his wife. Conventional moral reasoning answers that have to do with
judgments on the rules or norms of a group or society the person belongs to. For example, statements
like, "He shouldn't steal the drug because it is breaking the law." Postconventional answers would
reflect integrating individual rights with the needs ofsociety at large. Answers that said that he should
steal the drug, administer it to his wife, and then call the authorities and turn himself in, are at this
level.
