What is guided mindfulness?
What will be an ideal response?
Guided mindfulness helps you to take back control of what is going on in your life. The basic technique is to become aware of what is taking place in your body and in your mind from moment to moment. You observe what is happening without making any value judgments about whether it is good or bad. By eliminating self-criticism, guided meditation allows you to create a compassionate relationship with yourself.
