When creating an e-mail, it is important to: Know the e-mail address of the person to whom you are sending the message. Include a subject.Write a clear, concise message that has been proofread and spellchecked.   When sending an e-mail: Decide who should receive the e-mail and enter his or her name in the To: line. Mark a message with the red exclamation point icon if it is important.The Cc line allows you to courtesy copy someone else; Bcc allows you to send a blind copy. The BCC recipient is not visible to the primary and Cc recipients.Forwarding a message allows you to send a copy of the original message body to another receiver.
