Briefly explain why it is important to communicate with stakeholders during an MPR crisis

What will be an ideal response?

People with an interest in your organization should not be surprised. Think about how you would feel if you found out you were about to be laid off from your job by reading it in the newspaper rather than by hearing it from your boss. Consider all of the stakeholders involved in the situation and make sure that they hear about a crisis at a time and in a way that is appropriate to their relationship to the firm and the issue at hand. Good stakeholder communication also keeps everyone "on the same page" and minimizes the chance of conflicting stories reaching the media.
