Describe how crankshaft warpage can be measured if V-blocks are not available.

If V-blocks are not available, it is possible to measure crankshaft warpage by installing the front and rear upper bearing inserts, then placing the crankshaft into the block. Set the dial indicator to measure the middle journal and rotate the shaft one full revolution while observing the dial indicator.
