Answer should indicate that new technologies change citizen expectations of privacy. Citizens have a reasonable expectation of privacy in their homes and some privacy in public. Examples that have been challenged in court include: red light cameras, speed enforcement by radar, security cameras (both public and private), and GPS tracking.
