List the ways in which a proportion can be presented.

What will be an ideal response?

The proportion can simply be presented in its raw form as the number in the numerator over the number in the denominator.   A proportion can also be presented as a decimal which results from dividing the numerator by the denominator.  But most commonly a proportion is represented by multiplying the decimal by a standard number, such as 100 to get a percentage.
