Explain how a totipotent stem cell line would be developed
What will be an ideal response?
Stem cell lines are created by removing cells from an embryo at the blastocyst stage of development. The cells would need to come from the 20 to 30 cells that make up the inner cell mass. The cells are then cultured and kept alive in a laboratory.
