Discussion should also include ventilation and what type of PEEP to use for ARDs and the risks involved with a pneumothorax if too much PEEP is used. Other signs and symptoms should be discussed such as edema and hypotension and possible treatments for these. Nutrition should also be addressed in the discussion.
