Define indecisiveness and describe how to overcome it.

What will be an ideal response?

Examples should include indecisiveness is when a person cannot prioritize
activities in order of importance. Personality traits play a role. Less emotionally stable
leaders who fear upsetting others allow debates to drag on for too long. Feeling out of
control and pessimism also lead to indecisiveness. Low self-esteem predicts
indecisiveness, as well as attributing events to external causes and irrational beliefs.
People need a clearly defined starting and ending point so that they feel empowered to
move forward. Also, providing incentives for decision-making may boost the speed of
decisions made by leaders.
