Fire refers to the changing interests of an individual and may be best identified using questions such as “what subjects are of greatest interest to me right now?” Explorations refers to refining our career intentions and goals through experience. Volunteer work in a field of interest, or working on a project with others are ways to explore options and make commitments about our careers.
