How important is it to check for spelling and grammatical errors before publishing a page, and why? Should imported text be checked before importing it into Dreamweaver?

What will be an ideal response?

It is very important to check for spelling and grammatical errors before publishing a page. A page that is published with errors will cause the viewer to immediately judge the site as unprofessional and carelessly made, and the accuracy of the data presented will be in question. It is a good idea to start a spell check at the top of the document because Dreamweaver searches from the insertion point down. If your insertion point is in the middle of the document, you will receive a message asking if you want to check the rest of the document, which wastes time. If a file you create in a word processor will be imported into Dreamweaver, make sure to run a spell check in the word processing program before you import it.
