Describe the factors that may disqualify a juror from service.

What will be an ideal response?

Those who have been convicted of a felony are disqualified in all states except Colorado, but many states have provisions for such persons to serve if they have been pardoned, if their civil rights have been restored, or after a certain period of time has passed since the offense. Many states have exempted those in particular careers from serving on a jury. Judicial officers (i.e., judges and attorneys), elected officials, medical personnel, active duty military personnel, clergy, and law enforcement are excluded in different states.
