What will be an ideal response?


The business of buying and selling information as a commodity.  Information brokering began in earnest in Europe in the 20th century, with entrepreneurs creating businesses that provided selected information to those who subscribed to their services for a fee. Information brokering in the health care context is still in the early stages and has focused on the need for privacy of protected health information from intrusion by those lacking a patient's authorization.
