Define and discuss the legality of incest, bigamy and polygamy

What will be an ideal response?

Incest refers to sexual intercourse with certain relatives. All states and the District
of Columbia thus prohibit incest in some form or fashion. Bigamy, or marriage between two persons when one is married to another, is illegal in all American jurisdictions. The same is true for polygamy, or one person being married to several others. Religious arguments have been advanced in support of both practices, but the Supreme Court has decided that bigamists and polygamists enjoy no First Amendment protection for their actions.
