What qualities does a concert hall with good acoustics have? How do architects achieve these qualities?

What will be an ideal response?

A concert with good acoustics enhances the direct sound that an audience hears and minimizes the indirect sound. By doing this, the echo or reverberation people hear with indirect sound is also minimized. Architects lessen reverberation by muffling indirect sound. For example, they use materials in a concert hall that absorbs sounds, such as fiber board, as opposed to hard materials that bounce sound waves and increase reverberation.
