Describe the launch phase of organization change using Gladwell’s (2000) The Tipping Point principles of connectors, mavens, and salespeople.

What will be an ideal response?

During the launch phase, the connectors, mavens, and salespeople spread the message (story) to change the context. Connectors get people together for common tasks, such as helping to plan an initial event. Mavens facilitate the transactive memories (help people learn what, where, and how they can be connected). Salespeople help persuade people that the change is the right thing to do by powerfully communicating the message for change.
