Answer: The three amendments that are known as the “Reconstruction Amendments” are the thirteenth, fourteenth, and the fifteenth amendments of the United State Constitution. The thirteenth amendment abolished slavery and any involuntary services unless used as a form of punishment 

for a crime. Meaning that no whites were able to own blacks as if they were anything more than an object to possess. The fourteenth amendment states that any person that was born on the land of the United States were citizens. Which this amendment overturned a case in 1857, the Dred Scott V. Sandford Supreme Court ruled that states that Black people were not equal to the whites.In the fifteenth amendment it grated voting rights to all U.S. citizens and they could not be denied based on race, color, or if they were a slave before. These three amendment were also called the Civil War Amendments.
