Explain how a person's personality type can affect his or her work

What will be an ideal response?

Answer: Personality types or preferences can affect one's work as they vary widely and they influence how people interact with one another and how they participate (or don't participate) in a group setting. Personality types also influence how people size up situations, make decisions, and approach their work. For example, some people are introverts (people who predominantly focus inwardly) while others are extroverts (people who predominantly focus outwardly). Some people want to make decisions and bring closure to their work while others prefer to remain open to more options and new approaches.
