An ecosystem is a self-sustaining association of living plants and animals and their non-living physical environment. An ecosystem is a scaleless concept. It can range from very small, such as a city park or even a single long to exceptional large, such as a biome. Multiple examples of ecosystems are possible, student answers will differ.
