The following are considered minimum criteria for creating good passwords:
* Password must be at least eight characters long.
* Password contains characters from at least three of the following five categories:
      - English uppercase characters (A-Z)
      - English lowercase characters (a-z)
      - Base 10 digits (0-9)
      - Non-alphanumeric (For example: !, $, #, or %)
      - Extended ASCII characters
* Password does not contain three or more characters from the user's account name.
