Do you think that Filipino consciousness about the dissolution of marriage, abortion, and contraceptives has not yet attained enlightenment?
What will be an ideal response?
Answer: I think there is no enlightenment yet because people if not all does not really understand what marriages, abortions and contraception are for. Marriage can occur only between a man and a woman, it is sacred. Early pregnancies where abortions is the only way out for them. Contraceptives are for those couples who have family planning and to lessen the population. Philippines have extremely conservative country that doesn't promote divorce, abortion is illegal and contraceptives are a subject of fierce legal battles.
I can say that Filipino has not yet attained enlightenment because there are some people who wants to legalize the divorce and abortions in the Philippines. They form a group campaigning or promoting the legalization of such matters.
