Contrast the Frye decision and the Daubert decision

What will be an ideal response?


While Frye had the court asking questions about what science was accepted in general by the scientific community, Daubert established the judge as the gatekeeper for scientific evidence in the courtroom. The student may also comment on the Federal Rules of Evidence.
