According to a survey conducted by the Families and Work Institute, businesses will

have little difficulty complying with federal regulations requiring major employers to give
workers as much as 12 weeks of unpaid leave for the care of newborns or ill family members.
The survey focused on four states that already have family leave laws, Minnesota, Wisconsin,
Rhode Island, and Oregon. Researchers report that only 9 percent of employers interviewed
in those states had trouble, while 33 percent found compliance "extremely easy."

What will be an ideal response?

(Inductive generalization. The sample seems to be representative since it consists of
businesses surveyed and we might wonder whether that biases the survey. We need
to know such information before we can confidently accept the conclusion.)
