What will be an ideal response?
Professionalism for billing and collections is demonstrated by being organized when submitting claims and posting payments. Receipt should be kept in a neat and organized fashion. Additionally, clearly written and concise notes pertaining to specific patient situations should be included within the organized paperwork. Punctuality is also important. Claims should be filed as soon as possible following the date of service. Posting payments should be done immediately on receipt.
