What are horticultural neutrals? Why are they important in an interior plantscaping design?

What will be an ideal response?

The horticultural neutrals include greens, browns, tans, whites, gray variations, and blacks because
they naturally occur among plants. The paler the color, the more neutral it becomes. Since green is
most often the color used in greatest amounts, it may or may not be a part of the planned color scheme
depending on the effect the designer wishes to use. Highly tinted colors, highly shaded colors and
grayed-down, tonal colors blend very well with other colors.
