Differentiate between an in-group and an out-group.
What will be an ideal response?
Answers will vary.Members of an in-group share a sense of identity and belonging that typically excludes and devalues outsiders. Out-group members are people who are viewed and treated negatively because they are seen as having values, beliefs, and other characteristics different from those of an in-group. Based on ascribed or achieved statuses, almost everyone sees others as members of in-groups and out-groups. One person's in-group may be another person's out-group.
