Where should a client keep a will for safekeeping?
What will be an ideal response?
People differ on this however I think one thing all attorneys agree on is that it should be kept in a safe place that is fireproof if at all possible. Whether that is in a bank safe deposit box, a gun safe, a fireproof box or the refrigerator or freezer (wrapped carefully in plastic to prevent dampness), it is up to the client.
