Ans: School climate is defined as the psychological impact of the school’s norms, values, and practice on the adults and children within the school. It is gaining popularity because research has consistently found evidence to link positive school climate with academic success. Research has found that relationships, safety, methods of teaching and learning, connectedness to school, and physical structure are all components related to school climate.
