Is employee performance feedback important in the appraisal process? Support your view.
What will be an ideal response?
Employee performance feedback offers an employee a realistic view of his or her strengths and weaknesses within the firm. The feedback should explain the basis for present rewards and should let the employee know what he or she can do to be recognized as a better performer in the future. This allows employees the opportunity to understand how they can improve and strive to be a more valued employee.
