Briefly describe how a hydrogen fuel cell works to produce electricity

What will be an ideal response?

Hydrogen atoms are first stripped of their electrons, producing positively charged hydrogen ions. Then the electrons move from a negative electrode to a positive electrode creating an electrical current. The hydrogen ions move through a proton exchange membrane and combine with oxygen and electrons in the positive electrode to form water.
