What will be an ideal response?
Answer may vary. A majority of recent studies have identified organizational stressors to be the most significant stressors for police officers. It should be noted that not all stressors are equally experienced by officers, even those in the same department. As such workplace stressors could include inadequate support from supervisors, conflict with coworkers, lack of support at work, lack of opportunity for advancement, sexual harassment, and sexually offensive behavior and vulgar jokes.
